Management of the presentation-schedule in a simple calendar user-interface (similar to MS-Outlook); in this schedule, presentation events are defined and arranged chronologically.
Creation of recurring events (on a day-to-day/weekly basis) as well as creation of events for any defined date in advance.
Schedules can be archived without restrictions – whole plans, individual days, or events
Control (on/off/switch) of external output-devices (projector/plasmascreen …)*
Creation of ‘play-lists’, which are composed of various presentation events (see, ‘supported file formats’)
Creation of split or ‘layout’-screens, which contain presentation events / play-lists. The screen can be split without restriction (it is limited only by the performance of the POV-Client PC). A simultaneous display of various presentations is easily possible.
Template-events enable you to create complex pages with your preferred editor (e.g. WinWord), which, with the use of ‘placeholders’, can be supplemented with the relevant contents directly in easescreen.
Controlled events can switch between various “statuses” directly on the POV-Client – thereby, various contents can be switched or triggered, for example through serial interface (GPS-receiver, external interfaces).**
Perfect remote controllability of POV-Clients; no on-site user-interaction necessary
Editing of schedules is possible from different locations at the same time
Media files can be updated (when enabled) from external third parties
Monitoring of POV-Clients via Internet (web-browser), WAP (mobile-phone) and SNMP
Spontaneous modification of text newstickers via web-interface
Synchronisation of media files via Inter/Intranet or via DVD/CDs and removable hard disks
The update of media files is also possible via standard protocols (FTP)
Audio support, volume/muting of presentation events can be controlled individually.***
* Depending on the output medium, monitoring of the device is possible, e..g., to read the lamp life-span
** An auxiliary module also makes it possible to trigger the play-back of pre-defined contents locally at the POV-Client-PC (e.g. via remote control)
*** An auxiliary module is available, which allows the play-back of audio-events (e.g. from CD) parallel to the display-events. The auxiliary modules are not delivered as standards, but are available on request.
